COMMUNITY OUTREACH:
Our team of volunteers join our neighbors in San Marcos at Southside Community Center for food and fellowship. We provide mentorship, encouragement and basic needs such as food packs, clothing and hygiene items. For individuals needing assistance in navigating local services, we help identify resources such as: driving school, medical/dental care, SNAP, food pantries, government issued ID's (SS, BC, ID), High School graduation or GED classes, and budgeting/money management.
As we continue to meet our neighbors in Canyon Lake, we plan provide these services as well.
Virtual Peer Support Groups through our Partner, Street Youth Ministry.
PREVOUS PROGRAMS IN LIBERTY HILL, TX
Finding enough food should not be a weekend assignment. Many students do not have access to food for the weekend. Community Pathways Organization began this program during the COVID-19 pandemic and and continued through August 2022 when the program was taken on by a local church.
Community Pathways Organization provided students in LHISD in need with a backpack and basic school supplies.
Community Pathways Organization teamed with Operation Liberty Hill to provide new athletic shoes to students in need in LHISD.
In August 2021, during Operation Back To School, over 150 students received backpacks and athletic shoes. We increased that number to over 250 students in 2022.
Our team handed out weekend snack bags during the COVID-19 pandemic.
